about the site, but do not typically
respond to individual emails. We may
choose to post testimonials but will
only identify senders after we have
obtained permission from them to do
so. Otherwise the testimonial will only be
posted with non-identifying information
as to the sender. Users who would like
a response to specific questions are
directed to the appropriate area in
the Support section. These questions
will be responded to as quickly as possible.
We read all of our client service queries
and use the information contained therein
only to resolve the question at hand.
Such information may also be added to
our various FAQ pages and to our support
knowledge database, but will be done
so with no identifying information.
We also post surveys on our site from
time to time. These surveys are optional.
The information is collected to better
understand our user population. It is
not sold or provided to anyone other
than our business partners for use as
described above in 'Use of Data'.
